In this trick you dont need any softwares or you dont need to wait long. Just you need is a notepad where you need to follow some easy steps:
1. Open Notepad and write FreeMem=Space(64000000)
* (here instead of 64000000 you can give any number for higher cleaning progress like 1280000000, etc)
2. Save it giving it a name RAMcleaner.vbs on your desktop or any where you like.
*(you can give it any name as you like but the extension must be .vbs)
3. Now you can see an executable file in your desktop or in the location where you have saved the file.
4. Run the file which you have saved with the extension .vbs and your RAM gets cleaned up.
